Through annual outdoor physical challenges, the Breast Cancer Fund enables breast cancer survivors and supporters to find strength through adversity and make strides toward eliminating the environmental causes of breast cancer. Each year, thousands of people take part in the Breast Cancer Fund's fundraising efforts including:

  • Climb Against the Odds: Join 40 breast cancer survivors and individuals touched by this disease in a mountain climb to prevent breast cancer. Be part of an inspiring team of men and women from across the country and help to raise critical funds for the Breast Cancer Fund's work to eliminate the environmental - and preventable - links to breast cancer.   • Peak Hike: Join family and friends for a fun day-hike to benefit the Breast Cancer Fund. Peak Hike provides critical support for Breast Cancer Fund's program and policy initiatives, and it takes place on beautiful Mt. Tamalpais in the San Francisco Bay Area's Golden Gate National Recreation Area. Hikers can choose from two well-supported trails and return to a hero's welcome and community celebration.
  • Bike Against the Odds: Join hundreds of women and men in a fundraising ride for breast cancer prevention. This cycling event offers something for everyone with multiple routes that start in Oakland, Calif., and traveling through the beautiful hills overlooking the San Francisco Bay. www.breastcancerfund.org/bike
  • Sponsored Events: Generous supporters across the country sponsor events to benefit the Breast Cancer Fund. Find an event in your area or host your own! www.breastcancerfund.org/events

Host an Event

Whether you are a musician, an Ebay whiz or an event planning expert, your talent can help the Breast Cancer Fund. Generous supporters from across the country have hosted film festivals, retreats, gigs, concerts, dances, sporting events, receptions, car washes, bake sales, online auctions and produced merchandise to benefit the organization. These diverse efforts have helped raise funds and awareness for breast cancer prevention and advocacy.
